Robbie Williams‘ girlfriend left him because of his obsession with aliens, not his new album, a new source has claimed. The couple are said to have ended their 14-month romance earlier this month, with sources close to the former Take That star claiming it was because he was concentrating too much on his new album.

However, a new source has told the Sun, it’s his research into UFOs and alien life forms that actually sucked up all his time: “He has become more obsessed than ever recently with aliens. Some nights he would stay up till daylight and not go back to bed. I think the break could be permanent – they’ve been having ups and downs for a while. “Robbie is such a generous guy. He gave Ayda everything but he never seemed to take her out for dinner much like most normal guys dating a sexy girl like Ayda would.” (source: fametastic.co.uk)

  • I seriously do not understand why a guy with so much talent
    who has fame and fortune (and all that goes with it the good and the bad)
    appears to shun all contact with his fans, who lets face it,help put him on top thru’ recognising his potential ,style and brilliant performances . Wether they be his rock albums or his swing albums.

  • Is Ayda with him only for going outs or to be completely involved in life with him? Such a life brings this kind of situations… I’m on your side, Robbie. Ayda, you should be be more flexible, ’cause life isn’t just about sex and going outs.

  • If Robbie is interested in UFO’s well thats ok. He needs something to research and another hobby other than dodging the paparazzi. I am reading Feel the book and its fine for him to do that. Get off the mans back he has enough issues to contend with like Fame. Its not all its cracked up to be from what I have read.

    he has every right to shun. But I dont think its shun he is a very private guy and somewhat insecure the Robbie Williams persona is really an act for the stage much like Emimem. who he is in real life is Rob and his life is full of prying eyes. He didn’t break America (worth millions) because when he goes to LA no one knows him and he likes that. Give him a break mate or find another artist to blow you kisses he wont do it.

  • UFO’s are out there! i’ve seen something on 2 occasions on UK. I support the Robster, let him do whatever, if he wants to shun his fans then let him!! I’ve always been a huge fan, and met have mutual friends and he’s a human being, he does have a life beyond the lense….and so do you so stop these pathetic comments and find yourself a hobby!!
