Emma Ferguson forgives Mark Owen

Take That

The past 12 months have marked a memorable year for Take That’s Mark Owen, but perhaps not for all the right reasons. While the super-group has celebrated a bumper 2010 which saw the return of prodigal son Robbie Williams and the announcement of a sell-out tour next year, Mark has battled a number of personal demons that almost spelled the end of his five-year relationship with wife Emma. But strolling along Sandy Lane beach in Barbados today, it looks as though the couple have made-up for good – their relationship sealed with a tender kiss on the shoulder from Emma.

In March, the 38-year-old singer admitted cheating on his wife with at least ten women, as well as conducting a long-term affair with account manager Neva Hanley, 24. The father-of-two blamed many of his indiscretions on his well-publicised battle with alcohol. But the couple have since put their troubles behind them and looked as though they didn’t have a care in the world as they shared a joke together during their stroll.

The cute pair, who have two children together, decided to patch things up following Mark’s stint in rehab earlier this year. They are joined in Barbados by other members of Take That and their families after being jetted in by top music executive Lucian Grainge to perform at his New Year’s Eve party on the exclusive island. However, noticeably absent was newly reunited band-mate Robbie Williams who has not joined the band as he has ‘family commitments’ in Los Angeles.

The quartet are expected to lead the celebrations into 2011 with a rendition of Auld Lang Syne before performing other songs from their hugely successful back catalogue as well new material form their chart-topping album Progress. It’s been confirmed that sales of the album have now topped two million copies marking an impressive end to an amazing year for the fully reformed group. (Source: dailymail.co.uk, Natalie Wain)
